here is susie and her mom and dad. susie just celebrated her 1st birthday! they are the sweetest family! they graciously welcomed me into their home to take pictures of their pride and joy, and also gave me the best mulled apple cider i've ever had! (thanks lisa!) enjoy the pictures...

these three were a lot of fun to work with. they were so silly that i could not stop laughing. good thing i got some steady shots in between the giggles! it was a beautiful day at roger williams park, and their mom did a wonderful job finding creative spots where we could take pictures. lexie's 1st birthday!

a few weeks ago i had a session with lexie in celebration of her first birthday! me and lexie's mom go way back. i've known the family since i was in 2nd grade! it was cold, cloudy, and windy, but she did a fabulous job of withstanding the weather. she was so happy and quite a trooper, even when her little nose turned pink!

little miss ava! - sneak peek

today i had the pleasure of doing a session with miss ava caroline for her 9 month pictures! she is so adorable and such a happy baby. i was excited to use the new tutu i bought as one of my props, and of course she pulled it off like the little princess that she is. from her cowgirl jumper to her colorful shawl, she was very festive for fall! here are just a few...i will post more after her mommy and daddy see the rest of the pictures!

soccer time!

i recently went to samantha's soccer practice and snapped some pictures of her in action. since my crazy schedule of being a teacher, grad student, intern, and photographer has prevented me from seeing any of her games, her practice is the next best thing. i was really glad that i had the opportunity to go, and i really look forward to the next time. and of course, we all went out to dinner for a nice meal afterwards! it was lots of fun. i took some pictures of riley too. all he wanted was to join in with sissy's practice!
